Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless faulty (considered final sale):

  • Belts
  • Cufflinks & Braces
  • Keyrings
  • Scarves & Caps

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template provided below.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Austin facility using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the standard returns process and indicate your desired replacement item in your return request. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item, subject to availability.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • International customers may be subject to customs duties which are non-refundable
